Objectives

To enable students acquire skills of searching and retrieving literature; logical analysis and presentation of zoological data; and the use of modern communication techniques for the dissemination of scientific information.

Contents

Principles of scientific writing; sources of zoological literature; electronic search engines; audio-visual aids and seminar presentation; Students shall be required to search literature, conduct short experiments and write up a research project on topics of current interest in any of the disciplines in Zoology.
