Objectives To enable students know about ethics, law and professional issues,explore the nature of human communication and the role of the lab technologist in maintaining effective communication and management of a clinical laboratory.

• Ethical Principles: Autonomy, Freedom, Privacy, Confidentiality, Beneficence, Fidelity, Motivation, Justice, Veracity and Responsibility.

• Code of Ethics to medical laboratory technologists:
