To review current methods of diagnosis and treatment of protozoan and helminthic diseases.

Contents

Diagnostic pathology of protozoan and helminthic diseases; new treatment and diagnosis of human and animal helminthiasis; genetic susceptibility/resistance to parasitic infection; drug action and resistance and its mechanism in protozoa, nematodes and ectoparasites; genetics and modelling; Recombinant DNA technologies and the development of new drugs and vaccines.
