Contents

Raw materials, microstructure of ceramic materials; Chemical physical and mechanical properties, phase diagrams for ceramics; Natural ceramics; clay materials, rocks, sand, production and properties of cement, processing of cement, processing of clay based products; e.g. pottery, enamels, fired bricks, production of glass; Production of some synthetic ceramics and applications, composite materials, properties and processing.
