Contents

Detailed study of cell culture media; primary and diploid strains of cells, cell lines and transformed cells, the biochemistry of cell growth; regulation of cell growth cycle; animal cell biochemical markers; the cloning of animal cells; karyo-typing of culture cells and genetic mapping; premature chromosome condensation; cell fusion.
