Contents

A detailed study of microbial systematic, ecology, microbial physiology and biochemistry with emphasis on biosynthesis and bio-oxidation of macromolecules; microbial genetics to include spontaneous mutability in bacteria, genetic transfer mechanisms, extra chromosomal factors; mechanisms of drug resistance in bacteria and recombinant DNA cloning.
