Basic concepts of antibody antigen reactions, factors influencing antibody antigen reactions, precipitation reactions, agglutination reactions, immunodiffusion reactions, heamaglutination reactions, complement fixation, radioimmunoassay, enzyme immunoassays. Applications of immunological tests in the diagnosis of infectious diseases.
