To introduce students to the study and development of mathematical models based on the continuum hypothesis.

Contents

Selected areas may include Enzyme kinetics (Biochemistry); BZ-reactions (Chemistry); Spruce bud worm (Ecology); Catalytic Chemical Reactions (Industrial Chemistry); Grown water flow (Drilling of wells); River flow (flood prediction) and Multiple phase flow (Gas Dynamics).
