Objectives

To enable students have a mastery of the principles and techniques in the management of projects in the area of Natural Resources and Environment Management.

Contents

ZZOP and SWOT planning systems, Objective, problem, functional, root cause and participative analysis; facilitation of workshops; project M & E; Project accounting, control and budgeting; Resource allocation activity/task scheduling; Human resource management in practice; Project reviews, management of review missions and progress reporting; Project proposal writing, fund raising, back-stopping, coaching and moderation. Computer application in project design and implementation.
