To provide in depth concepts and approaches needed to pursue research in a domain and provide technical background concepts and application skills needed for the task.

Contents

Provide analytical, computational and/or software engineering concepts and requirements of methodology or discipline; It must be in the same research discipline as CSC 717, if CSC 717 is taken. (The chosen research domain, or equivalent course title, is specified in transcripts.)
