Objectives

To enable students to understand the underlying principles of the functioning of different pieces of equipment and their uses as well as acquaints them with common techniques in plant physiology.

Contents

Advanced experimental plant physiology; the use of instruments and techniques in manometry, chromatography, electrophoresis, spectrophotometry, radioisotopes and viscometry; area measurement system; ecoclimatological mesurements.
