To understand the adaptation, diversity and community structure of forest arthropods, their biology and population ecology as well as study the management and conservation strategies.

Adaptations of forest insects; sampling insects from crowns (canopies); insects and forest ecosystems; forest insect pests; diversity of insects in forests; community structure of arboreal arthropods; the biology of canopy arthropods; population ecology of forest insects; the management and conservation of canopy arthropods.
