Sampling techniques in entomology; microclimatic factors influencing the distribution of insects; population dynamics; host-pest relationships; host parasitoid relationships; developmental stages and their adaptive features, lifespan and generation frequencies; pest stati of crop pests; vector potentials of disease vectors; beneficial insects; the importance and diversity of arthropod ectoparasites; mites, ticks, and myiasis.
