The history of fisheries; ageing; growth and reproductive methods; Prerequisites for aquaculture; states of aquaculture; aquaculture systems; design and construction of fish ponds and fish farm management (fisheries technology); fish preservation; processing and distribution; small scale fisheries, industrial fisheries and world fish catch.
