Objectives

To design basic electronic components and integrated test functions using MOS technologies.

Contents

Technologies of integrated digital and analogue circuit designs, trends of growth of complexity of random and memory circuits, layer structure of the MOS and CMOS, technology, Custom design of basic components: FETs, resistance, diode, metal and poly connections, fan in/out, design of digital function with library modules, time verification of designed integrated circuits, test principles and test logics, spice simulation of IC’s, fold coverage and post layout verification.
